New: Sell a Portfolio of Apps in One Listing

By AppAcquire · 16 October 2026 · 5 min read

Plenty of app owners do not have one app. They have five: a hit, a couple of steady earners and some experiments. Selling them one by one is slow, and the small ones rarely find a buyer on their own. You can now list a portfolio of different apps as one listing, with one price, every app shown, and the combined revenue up front.

Key takeaways

  • Sell up to ten different apps together as one listing with one asking price.
  • Every app is shown with its own icon, store link, downloads and revenue, on iOS, Android or both.
  • Each app can verify on its own with App Store Connect or Play Console, and the combined monthly revenue says whether every app is verified.
  • Buyers see the portfolio's combined revenue and a multiple worked out against it.

Who it is for

  • Studios and developers winding down a catalogue or moving on to something new.
  • Sellers of small apps that are worth more as a group than alone: a set of utilities, a family of games, or apps that share a codebase or a backend.
  • Buyers building a portfolio, who would rather take on several earning apps in one deal than run five negotiations.

What buyers see

  • A portfolio badge on the listing card, such as "4 apps", so buyers spot it in Browse.
  • Every app in the portfolio with its icon, name, store link, platform, downloads, revenue and profit.
  • Combined revenue per month across all apps, labelled "Verified for every app" when each one has a connected source, or "Includes seller-reported figures" when some do not.
  • A revenue multiple against the combined total, so the price is judged against the whole portfolio.

How to list a portfolio

  1. Start a listing with your strongest app. Its store link, title and figures lead the listing.
  2. At Is this more than one app?, choose A portfolio of different apps.
  3. Paste each other app's store link. We fill in its name and icon and check the store has it.
  4. For each app, add downloads, monthly revenue and profit, or connect its own App Store Connect or Play Console so its figures are verified.
  5. Set one price for the portfolio, describe what is included, and submit.
Lead with your strongest app. It is the listing's title, icon and first set of figures, and it is what buyers see first in Browse.

Pricing a portfolio

Buyers price a portfolio on combined profit, then adjust for how much of it depends on one app. A portfolio where one app makes 90% of the money is valued much like that one app; one with several steady earners is safer and can ask more. Verified figures for every app make the combined number easier to trust. Our valuation guide and the live multiples from real listings give you a starting point.

Tips for a portfolio that sells

  • Say what ties the apps together: a shared codebase, backend, audience or ad account makes the group worth more than its parts.
  • Be honest about dead weight. An app with no users still costs a buyer time to transfer. Leave it out or say so.
  • Verify the earners. Connect App Store Connect or Play Console for the apps that make the money, so the combined figure is not mostly seller-reported.
  • Plan the handover. Each app is a separate store transfer. List what moves with them: domains, backends, ad and analytics accounts.

Frequently asked questions

How many apps can a portfolio have?
Up to ten apps in one listing: your main app plus nine more.
Can a portfolio mix iOS and Android apps?
Yes. Each app has its own store link, and the listing shows which platforms it covers.
Does every app need to be verified?
No. The listing is Verified when it has a seller account, proof of ownership, a public store link for every app, and at least one connected source. Apps without their own source show seller-reported figures, and the combined revenue says so.
Can I add apps to a listing that is already live?
Yes. Choose Edit listing on your listing. Changes to included apps are reviewed before they go live.
Can I list the same app twice?
No. Each store app can appear only once in a listing.
