Sell your app on AppAcquire

List your iOS or Android app for free, connect your real numbers to get verified, and get paid securely through Escrow.com. Free brokerage support and 24/7 help from listing to closing.

How selling your app works

AppAcquire is a marketplace for buying and selling iOS and Android apps. List yours in a few minutes, show buyers verified numbers, and get paid securely through Escrow.com. Listing is free; on a completed sale AppAcquire charges 1.5% to the seller and 1.5% to the buyer.

  1. Step 1

    Add your app

Paste your App Store or Google Play link. We check it is a real, live listing and read your app name, icon and category from it.

  2. Step 2

    Connect your numbers

Link RevenueCat, Stripe, TrustMRR, App Store Connect, Firebase Analytics, AdMob or Play Console so buyers see revenue and usage read straight from the source, not typed in. Pre-revenue apps can connect too.

  3. Step 3

    Write the listing

Describe the business, set your asking price, and choose whether the listing is public or private (details shared only with buyers who sign an NDA).

  4. Step 4

    Review and go live

We review every submission by hand. Once approved your app appears in search, in category pages and in the weekly email to buyers.

Why verification helps you sell

Buyers have been burned by screenshots and self-reported revenue, so they trust what comes from the source. Connect Play Console to show installs, ratings and user counts, RevenueCat or Stripe for revenue and subscribers, AdMob for ad earnings, or Google Analytics for active users. Verified listings carry a gold badge, show signed figures that the seller cannot edit, and are ranked first in browse and search.

Selling on AppAcquire: questions

How do I sell my app safely?
Every sale is paid through Escrow.com, an official partner of AppAcquire. The buyer pays into escrow, you transfer the app, and you are paid once the buyer accepts it. AppAcquire never holds the money.
What does AppAcquire charge to sell an app?
Listing is free. On a completed sale AppAcquire charges 1.5% to the seller and 1.5% to the buyer, and Escrow.com’s fee is split 50/50. If the sale does not complete, you pay nothing.
Do you help with the sale, or is it all on me?
Our team provides free brokerage support: help with pricing, buyer introductions, negotiation, agreements and the handover. Support is available 24/7 by email at support@appacquire.com and from the conversation on each deal.
How much does it cost to list an app?
Submitting a listing on AppAcquire is free. Optional featured placement is available if you want more visibility.
What do I need before I start?
A free seller account, a live App Store or Google Play link for the app, proof that you own it, and the figures you want to show: asking price, monthly revenue and downloads. You can save a draft and finish later.
What does the Verified badge mean?
A verified listing has a seller account, proof of ownership, a public store link that matches the app, and a connected source such as RevenueCat, Stripe, TrustMRR, App Store Connect, Firebase Analytics, AdMob or Play Console. Verified listings show figures read from the source and rank above unverified ones.
Can I sell an app that earns no revenue?
Yes. Many buyers want apps with users, a working codebase and store history. Show the numbers you have honestly, and connect Play Console or a RevenueCat Verified page to prove ownership even at $0.
Can I keep my listing private?
Yes. A private listing shows only a redacted teaser publicly. Buyers must request access and accept an NDA, and you choose whether to approve each request or approve them automatically.
Does AppAcquire read my Google data?
Only if you choose to connect AdMob or Google Analytics, and only read-only, for the one app you are selling. We keep a signed summary of aggregate numbers, never your user-level data. You can delete it any time, and the details are in our privacy policy.
