New: Verified Integrations on AppAcquire

By AppAcquire · 10 October 2026 · 6 min read

Buyers have learned not to trust revenue that is typed into a form. So we have been building the shortcut around that problem: connect the source where your numbers already live, and AppAcquire reads them straight from it. Here is what is new, what each connection proves, and how long it takes.

Key takeaways

  • Sellers can now verify with Play Console, RevenueCat, Stripe, TrustMRR or Firebase Analytics. AdMob is next, pending Google review.
  • Every connection is read-only and starts only when the seller chooses it. We keep a signed summary of totals, not your Google access or user-level data.
  • Apps with no revenue can still verify. Play Console, RevenueCat and Analytics work before the first dollar.
  • Every connect screen now has a "How to connect" button with step-by-step slides.

What's new

  • Firebase Analytics is live. Google has approved our read-only access to Analytics, so sellers can show buyers verified active users next to revenue.
  • Play Console shows more. After connecting, the seller sees a preview of exactly what buyers will see (users, installs, rating, revenue) and is warned if Google shared nothing, with the fix.
  • Public Google Play facts on Android listings: rating, rating count, download range, developer and category, the same way iOS listings already show App Store details.
  • Step-by-step help on every integration. A "How to connect" button opens short slides for Play Console, RevenueCat, Stripe, TrustMRR, Firebase Analytics and AdMob.
  • Private listings, drafts and reminders, so sellers can keep details to NDA-signed buyers and finish a listing later.

What the Verified badge needs

A listing is Verified when it has all four: a seller account, proof of ownership, a public store link that matches the app, and a connected source. A connected source is one of the integrations above. Verified listings show figures read from the source, carry the gold badge, and rank above unverified ones.

Verified does not mean the app is a good buy. It means the numbers on the page came from the source and were not typed in. Buyers should still do their own due diligence.

What we read, and what we keep

  • Read-only. We ask for permission to view reports, never to change anything in your account.
  • You start it. Nothing connects unless the seller chooses to, and sellers can remove a connection or delete their listing any time.
  • One app. If a Google account holds several apps, we keep only the one that matches your store link and discard the rest.
  • Totals, not people. We store a signed summary of aggregate numbers, never user-level data. We do not keep your Google access after reading.
  • Limited Use. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use rules. The details are in our privacy policy.

How sellers connect

  1. Start a listing and paste your store link.
  2. On the connect step, pick the source that fits your app. Not sure which? Android apps should start with Play Console; subscription apps with RevenueCat.
  3. Press How to connect for short step-by-step slides.
  4. Check the preview. If something shows 0 or "Not shared", the warning tells you the one setting to fix, and you can press Check again.
  5. Submit the listing. Connecting later from your listing page works too.
No revenue yet? You can still verify. Play Console, RevenueCat and Firebase Analytics all work before your first sale, and many buyers are looking for apps with users and a working codebase.

For buyers

Look for the source next to each figure on a listing. A figure marked with a provider name was read from that provider; one marked Seller-reported was typed in. You can filter for verified listings in Browse, and the listing page explains exactly which of the four checks a seller has passed.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free to connect?
Yes. Listing on AppAcquire is free, and so are the integrations.
Can AppAcquire change anything in my accounts?
No. Every connection is read-only, so we can view reports but cannot edit your app, payouts or settings.
Do you keep my Google login?
No. We read the totals once and keep a signed summary for the one app you are selling. We do not keep your Google access.
Why does my app show 0 users after connecting Play Console?
The most common cause is a missing permission. In Play Console, give AppAcquire "View app quality information (read-only)" for your app, then press Check again. Very new apps can also genuinely report 0.
When will AdMob be available?
AdMob is waiting on Google review for its read-only scope. It will switch on as soon as Google approves it.
Can I connect more than one source?
Yes. Revenue sources and Firebase Analytics add to each other, so a listing can show verified revenue and verified active users together.
