Edit your listing

Open My Listings and press Edit listing on any live listing. Some changes go live immediately and a few are reviewed first.

Changes that go live straight away

  • Asking price. Buyers see a "Price lowered" tag for 30 days after a drop.
  • Description (at least 150 characters), external listing link and downloads.
  • Annual and monthly revenue, but only when no connected source supplies it. If a source does, the field is locked and shows where it comes from. Reconnect the source to refresh it.
  • Monthly profit. No source provides profit, so it stays editable.
  • Details buyers ask about: what is included in the sale, how the app earns, what it is built with, whether it is AI-powered and why you are selling. These are seller-reported, shown on your listing, and used by the filters on the marketplace.

Changes that need approval

Title, category and store link are sent for review with Send for review. Your listing stays as it is until we approve. Changing the title or category changes the page address, and changing the store link re-checks Verified, because connected sources must match that link.

Mark as sold

Sold an app? Press Mark as sold and confirm. The listing leaves the site and appears in the "Recently sold" section on the homepage. Only an admin can put it back.

Change history

Every change is recorded with what it was and what it became. Buyers only see the price-drop tag. The full history is kept so changes after verification can be spotted.

Troubleshooting

Why is my revenue field greyed out?

A connected source supplies your revenue, so it cannot be typed over. Connect the source again to refresh the number.

I changed my title but the page still shows the old one

Title changes are reviewed first. You will see a "waiting for review" note until it is approved.

  • Drafts and submissions · How drafts save, how to finish a listing later, and how to edit or withdraw a submission waiting for review.
  • How verification works · What the Verified badge needs, which connections count, what buyers see, and what stays seller-reported.
  • Private listings · Keep your app's name and details hidden until a buyer signs an NDA and you approve them.
